空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件表面溫(wen)度,不僅(jin)有(you)利于延長空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming),而且使(shi)(shi)得空(kong)氣電加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失減小,因而空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)提高了,但速(su)度如果過(guo)大,使(shi)(shi)得壓力損(sun)失陡增(zeng),這將不利于加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)(jian)不變,改(gai)變表面(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)(wen)將呈直線變化,如果(guo)表面(mian)負(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)(wen)將增大,這將降低空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的使用壽(shou)命,但是如果(guo)表面(mian)負(fu)荷過小,壁溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效(xiao)率又(you)降低了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)負(fu)荷的選擇(ze)比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提高時(shi),由(you)于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘性增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)雷諾數減(jian)小,使得對流換(huan)熱(re)強度降(jiang)低(di)(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的(de)表面溫度同時(shi)上升,紅(hong)外碳硫分(fen)析儀使得散熱(re)損(sun)失增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)(di)換(huan)熱(re)器的(de)效率。當T2提高過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表面的(de)溫度亦會大大升高,致使一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件無法承受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件材料(liao)耐熱(re)性能的(de)限制。
