空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利于延長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電加熱(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因(yin)而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但速(su)度如果過大,使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這(zhe)將不利于加熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其(qi)它條(tiao)件(jian)不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表(biao)面負荷(he),空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將呈直線變(bian)(bian)化,如果表(biao)面負荷(he)增大,電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將增大,這將降(jiang)低(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命(ming),但是(shi)如果表(biao)面負荷(he)過小,壁(bi)溫過低(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降(jiang)低(di)了(le),所以空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面負荷(he)的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇比(bi)較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高時,由于空(kong)(kong)氣粘(zhan)性增加(jia)(jia),氣體雷(lei)諾數減小,使得對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)溫(wen)度同時上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效(xiao)率。當T2提高過大(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的溫(wen)度亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高,致使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)無法承受,故(gu)T2的增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性能的限制。
