空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱,而(er)降低(di)了空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)內電熱元件(jian)(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長(chang)空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)電熱元件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming),而(er)且使(shi)得空(kong)氣電加熱器(qi)散(san)熱損失減小,因而(er)空(kong)氣換熱器(qi)的效率提(ti)(ti)高了,但(dan)速度如果過大,使(shi)得壓力損失陡(dou)增,這將(jiang)不利于(yu)加熱效率的提(ti)(ti)高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不(bu)變(bian),改變(bian)表面負(fu)荷,空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)呈直(zhi)線變(bian)化,如(ru)果表面負(fu)荷增(zeng)大(da),電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)增(zeng)大(da),這將(jiang)降低(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)果表面負(fu)荷過(guo)小(xiao),壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)低(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率又降低(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)表面負(fu)荷的(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)(wen)T2提高時,由(you)于(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘性(xing)增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使得對流換熱(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)表面溫(wen)(wen)度同時上升,紅(hong)外碳硫分析(xi)儀使得散熱(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia),從而(er)降低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提高過(guo)大時,電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度亦會大大升高,致使一般電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)無(wu)法承(cheng)受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)限制。
