空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表(biao)面溫度(du),不僅有利(li)于延長空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而且(qie)使得(de)空(kong)(kong)氣電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失減小,因而空(kong)(kong)氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)提高了,但速(su)度(du)如果過大,使得(de)壓(ya)力損失陡增,這將不利(li)于加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提高。
2.若(ruo)其它條件(jian)不(bu)變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫將呈直線變化,如(ru)(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫將增大(da),這將降(jiang)低空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使用壽(shou)命,但是如(ru)(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)過(guo)小,壁(bi)(bi)溫過(guo)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率(lv)又降(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)體雷諾數減(jian)小,使得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表面溫(wen)(wen)度同時(shi)上(shang)升(sheng),紅外碳(tan)硫分析儀使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加,從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)表面的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度亦會大大升(sheng)高(gao),致使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)無法承受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加通(tong)常受到空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
