空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re),而降(jiang)低了(le)空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有利于延長空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而且使得(de)空(kong)氣電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)提高了(le),但速度如(ru)果過大,使得(de)壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增(zeng),這(zhe)將不利于加(jia)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面負荷,空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將(jiang)呈直線變(bian)化,如果表(biao)面負荷增大,電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降低空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,但是如果表(biao)面負荷過小,壁(bi)溫過低,空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又降低了(le),所以空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)面負荷的選擇(ze)比較(jiao)重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減小,使(shi)(shi)得(de)對流換熱(re)強(qiang)度降低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元件(jian)的表面溫(wen)度同(tong)時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳(tan)硫(liu)分(fen)析儀使(shi)(shi)得(de)散熱(re)損(sun)失增加(jia)(jia),從(cong)而降低(di)換熱(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)元件(jian)表面的溫(wen)度亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)一般電熱(re)元件(jian)無(wu)法承受,故T2的增加(jia)(jia)通常(chang)受到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)性(xing)能的限制。
