空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re),而降低了空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內電熱(re)元件(jian)表面溫度,不僅有(you)利(li)于延長空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器電熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)使用壽命(ming),而且使得空氣(qi)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器散熱(re)損失(shi)減小(xiao),因而空氣(qi)換熱(re)器的(de)效率提(ti)高了,但速(su)度如(ru)果過(guo)大,使得壓力損失(shi)陡增(zeng),這將(jiang)不利(li)于加(jia)(jia)熱(re)效率的(de)提(ti)高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表面負(fu)荷(he),空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變化(hua),如果表面負(fu)荷(he)增(zeng)大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)增(zeng)大(da),這將(jiang)降低(di)(di)空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的使用壽命,但是如果表面負(fu)荷(he)過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)低(di)(di),空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)(re)器的效(xiao)率(lv)又降低(di)(di)了,所以空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面負(fu)荷(he)的選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數減小,使得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度降(jiang)(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的表面溫度同(tong)時(shi)上升,紅外(wai)碳(tan)硫分(fen)析(xi)儀使得散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia),從(cong)而降(jiang)(jiang)低換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)。當T2提高過大時(shi),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面的溫度亦(yi)會大大升高,致(zhi)使一(yi)般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件無法承受(shou),故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)性能的限(xian)制。
