空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re),而降(jiang)低了空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件表面溫度(du),不僅有利于(yu)延(yan)長(chang)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,而且使(shi)得(de)空(kong)氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失減小(xiao),因(yin)而空(kong)氣(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)(lv)提高了,但速度(du)如果過(guo)大(da),使(shi)得(de)壓(ya)力損(sun)失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)效率(lv)(lv)的提高。
2.若其它條件不(bu)變,改(gai)變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件的壁溫(wen)(wen)將呈直(zhi)線(xian)變化,如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)增(zeng)大,電熱(re)元件的壁溫(wen)(wen)將增(zeng)大,這將降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件的使用壽命(ming),但是(shi)如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)過(guo)小(xiao),壁溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的效率又降低(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件的表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)的選(xuan)擇(ze)比(bi)較重(zhong)要。
3.空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時,由于空氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得對流(liu)換熱(re)強度(du)降低(di),空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同時上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而(er)降低(di)換熱(re)器的(de)(de)效率(lv)。當T2提高(gao)過大時,電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)表面(mian)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會大大升高(gao),致(zhi)使(shi)一般(ban)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)無(wu)法承受,故T2的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通(tong)常受到空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的(de)(de)限制。
