空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)表面溫(wen)度(du),不僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,而(er)且使(shi)得(de)空(kong)(kong)氣電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失減小,因而(er)空(kong)(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但速度(du)如果過大(da),使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失陡增,這將(jiang)不利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率的提高(gao)。
2.若其(qi)它(ta)條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面負荷(he),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變化,如(ru)果表(biao)面負荷(he)增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)增大(da),這將(jiang)降(jiang)低空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)面負荷(he)過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過(guo)低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率又(you)降(jiang)低了(le),所(suo)以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)面負荷(he)的(de)選擇(ze)比較重(zhong)要。
3.空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高時(shi),由(you)于空氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得對流換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)強度降低(di),空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的表面(mian)(mian)溫(wen)度同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia),從而(er)降低(di)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提高過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)表面(mian)(mian)的溫(wen)度亦會大大升(sheng)高,致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)無法承(cheng)受(shou),故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)通常受(shou)到(dao)空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的限制。
