空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re)(re),而降低了空氣加熱(re)(re)器內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長(chang)空氣加熱(re)(re)器電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)使用壽命(ming),而且使得空氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減(jian)小,因而空氣換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率提高了,但速度如果過(guo)大,使得壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)效率的(de)提高。
2.若其(qi)它(ta)條件(jian)不變,改變表面負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變化,如果表面負(fu)荷增(zeng)大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但(dan)是(shi)如果表面負(fu)荷過小(xiao),壁溫(wen)過低(di)(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率又降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)(di)了,所(suo)以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表面負(fu)荷的(de)選擇比較(jiao)重(zhong)要(yao)。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提高(gao)時,由于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體(ti)雷諾數減小(xiao),使得對流換熱(re)強度(du)(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面溫度(du)(du)同時上升,紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀使得散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面的溫度(du)(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法(fa)承受(shou),故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通(tong)常受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的限制。
