空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)(huan)熱(re),而降(jiang)低了空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)元件表(biao)面溫度(du),不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)利(li)于(yu)延長空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)元件的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)空氣電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因(yin)而空氣換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率提高了,但速度(du)如果過大,使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這(zhe)將不(bu)(bu)利(li)于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)效率的(de)提高。
2.若其(qi)它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表面(mian)負荷,空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)中電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫將(jiang)呈直線(xian)變(bian)化,如(ru)果表面(mian)負荷增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降低(di)(di)空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)中電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如(ru)果表面(mian)負荷過(guo)小(xiao),壁溫過(guo)低(di)(di),空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)換(huan)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降低(di)(di)了,所以(yi)空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)中電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)負荷的(de)(de)選擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時,由于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣粘性增加(jia),氣體雷諾數減小,使(shi)(shi)得對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低(di)(di),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同時上升,紅外碳(tan)硫分(fen)析儀使(shi)(shi)得散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)(di)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大(da)時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件無法承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
