空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而降低了(le)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面溫度,不僅有利于延長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使用壽命,而且使得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)(shi)減小(xiao),因(yin)而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)提(ti)高(gao)了(le),但速(su)度如(ru)果(guo)過大,使得壓(ya)力(li)損失(shi)(shi)陡增,這(zhe)將不利于加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提(ti)高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將呈直線變(bian)化,如果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將增大,這將降低空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小,壁(bi)溫過低,空(kong)氣加熱(re)器換熱(re)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率又降低了,所以空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)選擇比較(jiao)重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高時,由于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小(xiao),使(shi)得(de)對流(liu)換熱(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)溫度(du)同時上升(sheng),紅外(wai)碳硫分析儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)器的效(xiao)率。當T2提高過大(da)時,電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的溫度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致使(shi)一(yi)般(ban)電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法承受,故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)通(tong)常受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的限制。
