空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re),而降低了(le)空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面溫度(du),不(bu)僅有(you)利于延長空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,而且使(shi)得空氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)減小,因(yin)而空氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率提高(gao)了(le),但速度(du)如果過(guo)大,使(shi)得壓(ya)力損失(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不(bu)利于加熱(re)(re)(re)效率的提高(gao)。
2.若其(qi)它(ta)條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將呈(cheng)直線變化,如果表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將增大,這將降(jiang)低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)使用(yong)壽命,但是(shi)如果表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷過小(xiao),壁溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率又(you)降(jiang)低(di)了(le),所以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷的(de)選擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高(gao)時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)雷(lei)諾數減小,使得(de)對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的表(biao)面(mian)(mian)溫度同時上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失增加(jia),從而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大(da)時,電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)的溫度亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使一般電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)無法承受,故(gu)T2的增加(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的限制。
