空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱,而(er)降低(di)了空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)內電熱元(yuan)件表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延(yan)長(chang)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)電熱元(yuan)件的(de)(de)使用壽命,而(er)且(qie)使得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損失減小,因而(er)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱器(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但(dan)速度如果過(guo)大,使得壓力損失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)熱效(xiao)率的(de)(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改(gai)變(bian)表面(mian)負荷(he),空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將呈直(zhi)線(xian)變(bian)化(hua),如果表面(mian)負荷(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將增(zeng)大,這將降(jiang)低空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的使用壽命,但(dan)是如果表面(mian)負荷(he)過小(xiao),壁(bi)溫過低,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效率又降(jiang)低了(le),所以空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的表面(mian)負荷(he)的選擇比較(jiao)重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高(gao)時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強(qiang)度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件的表面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)同時上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件表面(mian)(mian)的溫度(du)亦會(hui)大大升(sheng)高(gao),致(zhi)使(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件無法(fa)承受,故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件材料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能的限制。
