空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re),而降低了空氣加熱(re)器(qi)內電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件表面溫(wen)度(du),不僅(jin)有利于(yu)延長空氣加熱(re)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件的使(shi)(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且使(shi)(shi)得(de)空氣電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損失減小,因而空氣換熱(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)提高了,但速度(du)如果過大,使(shi)(shi)得(de)壓力(li)損失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)效(xiao)率(lv)的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變化,如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷增大,電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將增大,這(zhe)將降低空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽(shou)命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷過小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率又(you)降低了,所(suo)以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷的(de)(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空氣(qi)終(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)T2提(ti)(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由于空氣(qi)粘(zhan)性(xing)增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數(shu)減小,使得對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)同(tong)時(shi)上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提(ti)(ti)高(gao)過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)亦會(hui)大大升高(gao),致(zhi)使一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常(chang)受到空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的(de)限制(zhi)。
