空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了(le)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)且使(shi)得空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)減小,因而(er)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率提高了(le),但速度如果(guo)過(guo)大,使(shi)得壓(ya)力(li)損失(shi)陡增,這將(jiang)不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)(re)效率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將呈直線變(bian)(bian)化,如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將增大(da),這將降低(di)(di)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的使用壽命,但是(shi)如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)過(guo)小,壁溫過(guo)低(di)(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率又(you)降低(di)(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)的選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)(zeng)加,氣(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減小,使得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的(de)(de)表面(mian)溫度同(tong)時上升,紅外碳硫(liu)分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失增(zeng)(zeng)加,從而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率。當T2提高過(guo)大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表面(mian)的(de)(de)溫度亦會大大升高,致(zhi)使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件無法承受,故T2的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加通(tong)常受到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)性能(neng)的(de)(de)限制。
