空氣加熱器工作原理
把一(yi)個(ge)匝(za)數較(jiao)(jiao)多的(de)初級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)和(he)一(yi)個(ge)匝(za)數較(jiao)(jiao)少的(de)次級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)裝在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)個(ge)鐵芯上。輸入與輸出的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)比等(deng)于(yu)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)匝(za)數之比,同(tong)時(shi)能量保持不變。因(yin)此(ci),次級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)在(zai)低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)條件(jian)下產生(sheng)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。對于(yu)感應加熱器(qi)來說,軸(zhou)承(cheng)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)短(duan)路單匝(za)的(de)次級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan),在(zai)較(jiao)(jiao)低(di)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)條件(jian)下通過(guo)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),因(yin)而(er)產生(sheng)很大(da)(da)的(de)熱量。加熱器(qi)本身及磁(ci)(ci)軛則保持常溫。由于(yu)這種(zhong)加熱方法能感應出電(dian)(dian)流(liu),因(yin)此(ci)軸(zhou)承(cheng)會(hui)被磁(ci)(ci)化。重(zhong)要的(de)是(shi)要確保以后給軸(zhou)承(cheng)消(xiao)磁(ci)(ci),使之在(zai)操作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中不會(hui)吸(xi)住金(jin)屬磁(ci)(ci)屑,FAG感應加熱器(qi)都有(you)自動消(xiao)磁(ci)(ci)功(gong)能。
是(shi)利用(yong)(yong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)在(zai)交變磁場中產生(sheng)渦(wo)流(liu)而(er)(er)(er)使本身發熱,通(tong)常用(yong)(yong)在(zai)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)熱處理(li)等方(fang)面(mian)。原理(li)是(shi)較厚(hou)(hou)的金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)處于(yu)交變磁場中時(shi),會由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感應現象(xiang)而(er)(er)(er)產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。而(er)(er)(er)較厚(hou)(hou)的金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)其(qi)產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)會在(zai)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)內(nei)部形(xing)成(cheng)螺旋形(xing)的流(liu)動路線(xian),這樣由于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)動而(er)(er)(er)產生(sheng)的熱量就都被金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)本身吸收了,會導致金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)(shu)很快升溫(wen)。
在耐(nai)高(gao)溫(wen)不銹鋼無縫(feng)管內(nei)均(jun)(jun)勻地(di)分布高(gao)溫(wen)電阻絲(si),在空(kong)隙部分致(zhi)密地(di)填入導熱(re)(re)性能和絕緣性能均(jun)(jun)良好的(de)結(jie)晶(jing)氧化(hua)鎂粉,這(zhe)種結(jie)構不但先進,熱(re)(re)效率高(gao),而且(qie)發熱(re)(re)均(jun)(jun)勻,當高(gao)溫(wen)電阻絲(si)中有電流通(tong)(tong)過時,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)通(tong)(tong)過結(jie)晶(jing)氧化(hua)鎂粉向金屬管表面擴散(san),再傳遞(di)到被加熱(re)(re)件(jian)或空(kong)氣(qi)中去,達到加熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。
空氣電加熱器主要是用來將所需要的空氣流從初始溫度加熱到所需要的空氣溫度,可達850℃。
