空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表(biao)面溫度,不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)有利于(yu)延長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且使(shi)得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)(shi)減小,因而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率提高(gao)了,但速度如果(guo)過大,使(shi)得壓力(li)損失(shi)(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不(bu)(bu)利于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)效率的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表面(mian)負荷,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變(bian)化,如果表面(mian)負荷增(zeng)大(da),電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將增(zeng)大(da),這將降(jiang)(jiang)低空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如果表面(mian)負荷過小,壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)過低,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器換(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率又(you)降(jiang)(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)負荷的(de)(de)選擇(ze)比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣粘性(xing)增(zeng)加,氣體雷諾數減小,使得(de)對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)強(qiang)度降低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)表面溫(wen)度同時(shi)上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加,從而降低(di)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)過(guo)大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面的(de)溫(wen)度亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使一般電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)無(wu)法承(cheng)受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加通常(chang)受到空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的(de)限制(zhi)。
