空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流(liu)換(huan)熱(re)(re),而(er)降低了空氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面(mian)溫度,不(bu)(bu)僅有利于延長空氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,而(er)且使(shi)得(de)空氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失減(jian)小,因而(er)空氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率(lv)提高了,但速度如(ru)果過大(da),使(shi)得(de)壓(ya)力損(sun)失陡增,這將(jiang)不(bu)(bu)利于加熱(re)(re)效率(lv)的提高。
2.若(ruo)其它(ta)條件(jian)(jian)不(bu)變,改(gai)變表面負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將呈直線變化,如果表面負(fu)荷增(zeng)大,電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將增(zeng)大,這(zhe)將降低空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,但是(shi)如果表面負(fu)荷過小,壁溫過低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又(you)降低了,所(suo)以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面負(fu)荷的選擇比較重要。
3.空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)空氣(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由于空氣(qi)(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)雷諾數減小,使(shi)(shi)得對流(liu)換熱(re)強(qiang)度(du)降低,空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面溫(wen)度(du)同(tong)時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫(liu)分析(xi)儀使(shi)(shi)得散熱(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)器的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面的溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會(hui)大大升(sheng)高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法(fa)承受(shou),故(gu)T2的增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通常(chang)受(shou)到空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料(liao)耐(nai)熱(re)性能(neng)的限制。
