空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面溫度,不僅(jin)有(you)利于(yu)延(yan)長空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命,而(er)且使(shi)(shi)得空(kong)氣電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小(xiao),因而(er)空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)(lv)提高(gao)了,但(dan)速度如果過大,使(shi)(shi)得壓(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這將不利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)(lv)的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he),空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)將呈直線變化,如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)將增(zeng)大,這將降低空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,但(dan)是如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)過小,壁溫(wen)(wen)過低,空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率又降低了,所以(yi)空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)的選(xuan)擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性增加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減(jian)小,使(shi)得對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)強度降(jiang)(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的表面溫度同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而降(jiang)(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)過大(da)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)表面的溫度亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao),致使(shi)一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)無(wu)法(fa)承受,故T2的增加(jia)通(tong)常受到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)材(cai)料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的限制(zhi)。
