空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換(huan)熱(re)(re),而降低了空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面溫(wen)度,不(bu)僅有利于延長(chang)空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使(shi)(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)(shi)得空氣(qi)電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)損失減小,因而空氣(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率提高了,但速(su)度如果過大,使(shi)(shi)得壓力損失陡增,這將不(bu)利于加熱(re)(re)效率的提高。
2.若其(qi)它條件(jian)(jian)不(bu)變(bian),改(gai)變(bian)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫(wen)(wen)將呈直線(xian)變(bian)化,如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫(wen)(wen)將增(zeng)大,這將降低(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過(guo)小,壁溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)低(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降低(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高時(shi),由于(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增加(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數(shu)減(jian)小,使(shi)(shi)得對流換(huan)熱(re)強(qiang)度(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面溫度(du)同時(shi)上升,紅(hong)外碳硫(liu)分(fen)析儀(yi)使(shi)(shi)得散熱(re)損失增加(jia),從(cong)而降低換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)。當T2提(ti)高過大(da)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面的(de)溫度(du)亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高,致使(shi)(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法承(cheng)受(shou),故T2的(de)增加(jia)通常受(shou)到(dao)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能(neng)的(de)限制。
