空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱,而降低了空氣(qi)(qi)加熱器內(nei)電熱元件表面溫度(du),不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)利于延長(chang)空氣(qi)(qi)加熱器電熱元件的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)電加熱器散熱損失減小,因而空氣(qi)(qi)換熱器的(de)效率(lv)提高了,但(dan)速度(du)如果過大,使(shi)得(de)(de)壓力損失陡增,這將不(bu)(bu)利于加熱效率(lv)的(de)提高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件不變(bian),改變(bian)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的壁溫將呈直線變(bian)化,如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增(zeng)大(da),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的壁溫將增(zeng)大(da),這將降低(di)(di)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使用壽命(ming),但是如果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小,壁溫過低(di)(di),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又(you)降低(di)(di)了(le),所(suo)以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的選擇比較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時,由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小(xiao),使(shi)得(de)對流(liu)換熱(re)強度降低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表面溫(wen)度同時上升(sheng),紅(hong)外碳硫分(fen)析儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從(cong)而降低(di)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過大(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件表面的(de)溫(wen)度亦(yi)會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高(gao),致使(shi)一(yi)般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件無法承(cheng)受(shou),故T2的(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件材料耐(nai)熱(re)性能的(de)限制。
