空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱,而(er)降低了(le)空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)內電熱元件(jian)(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利(li)于延長空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)電熱元件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)且使(shi)得(de)空氣電加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)散熱損(sun)失(shi)(shi)減小(xiao),因而(er)空氣換熱器(qi)(qi)的效率提高了(le),但速度如果過大,使(shi)得(de)壓(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)(shi)陡增,這(zhe)將不利(li)于加(jia)熱效率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面負荷(he),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將呈直線(xian)變(bian)化,如(ru)果表(biao)面負荷(he)增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將增大,這將降(jiang)低(di)(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)面負荷(he)過(guo)小,壁溫(wen)過(guo)低(di)(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率又(you)降(jiang)低(di)(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面負荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中空氣(qi)終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提高(gao)(gao)時,由于(yu)空氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)體雷諾數減小,使得對流換熱(re)強(qiang)度(du)降低,空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同時上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加,從(cong)而降低換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)(gao)過大(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao)(gao),致使一般電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無法承受,故T2的(de)(de)增(zeng)加通常受到空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的(de)(de)限(xian)制。
