空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re),而降(jiang)低了(le)空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面溫度,不(bu)僅有利于延長空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命(ming),而且使得空(kong)(kong)氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而空(kong)(kong)氣換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率(lv)提高了(le),但速(su)度如(ru)果過(guo)大,使得壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這(zhe)將不(bu)利于加熱(re)(re)效率(lv)的(de)(de)提高。
2.若(ruo)其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變化,如果(guo)(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降低空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)使用壽命(ming),但是如果(guo)(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)過小,壁溫過低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)又降低了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提(ti)高時(shi),由(you)于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減(jian)小,使得對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的表面(mian)溫度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia),從而(er)降低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提(ti)高過大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面(mian)的溫度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致(zhi)使一(yi)般電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無法承受,故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)通常(chang)受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材(cai)料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的限制。
