空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表面溫度(du),不(bu)僅有利于(yu)延長空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)且使(shi)得空氣電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失減(jian)小,因而(er)空氣換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率(lv)提高了,但速(su)度(du)如果過大,使(shi)得壓(ya)力損(sun)失陡增,這將不(bu)利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提高。
2.若其它(ta)條件不變,改變表面(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)壁溫(wen)將呈直(zhi)線變化,如果表面(mian)負(fu)荷增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)壁溫(wen)將增(zeng)大,這(zhe)將降(jiang)低空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)使用壽命(ming),但(dan)是如果表面(mian)負(fu)荷過(guo)小,壁溫(wen)過(guo)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率又降(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)表面(mian)負(fu)荷的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣終(zhong)溫T2提高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)氣粘性增加(jia)(jia)(jia),氣體(ti)雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)對流(liu)換(huan)熱(re)強度降(jiang)低(di),空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面溫度同時(shi)上(shang)升,紅外碳硫(liu)分析儀(yi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)散熱(re)損(sun)失增加(jia)(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面的溫度亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)(shi)一般電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的增加(jia)(jia)(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的限制。
