空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱,而降低(di)了空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)內電熱元件表面溫度,不僅有利于延長空氣加(jia)熱器(qi)電熱元件的使用壽(shou)命,而且使得(de)空氣電加(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損(sun)失減小(xiao),因而空氣換熱器(qi)的效率提(ti)(ti)高了,但速度如果過(guo)大(da),使得(de)壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)失陡增,這將不利于加(jia)熱效率的提(ti)(ti)高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)(wen)將呈直線變(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增大(da)(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)(wen)將增大(da)(da),這將降低(di)空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,但是如果(guo)(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小,壁溫(wen)(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率又降低(di)了(le),所以空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘性增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數減(jian)小,使得(de)對流換(huan)(huan)熱(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的表(biao)面溫度(du)同時(shi)上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀(yi)使得(de)散(san)熱(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從(cong)而降低換(huan)(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率。當T2提高過大(da)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面的溫度(du)亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高,致使一(yi)般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件無(wu)法承受,故T2的增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件材料耐(nai)熱(re)性能的限制。
