空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re),而降低了(le)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)元件表面溫度,不僅(jin)有利于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)電熱(re)元件的使用(yong)壽命,而且(qie)使得空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣電加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失減(jian)小,因而空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率提高了(le),但速度如果過大(da),使得壓力(li)損(sun)失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)率的提高。
2.若(ruo)其它(ta)條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)呈直線變(bian)(bian)化(hua),如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增大(da),電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)增大(da),這(zhe)將(jiang)(jiang)降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)使用(yong)壽命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率又降低(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空氣(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)(ti)高時,由(you)于空氣(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小,使得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)(du)降(jiang)低,空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表面溫(wen)度(du)(du)同時上升(sheng)(sheng),紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率。當T2提(ti)(ti)高過大時,電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)表面的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)亦會大大升(sheng)(sheng)高,致使一般(ban)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)無法(fa)承受,故T2的(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)限制(zhi)。
