空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)(huan)熱,而降低了空氣加熱器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)(dian)熱元件表面溫度(du),不(bu)僅有利于(yu)延長空氣加熱器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱元件的(de)使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)(de)空氣電(dian)(dian)加熱器(qi)(qi)散熱損(sun)失減小(xiao),因而空氣換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)提高了,但速度(du)如果(guo)過大,使(shi)得(de)(de)壓力損(sun)失陡增,這將不(bu)利于(yu)加熱效(xiao)率(lv)的(de)提高。
2.若(ruo)其它條件(jian)(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變(bian)化,如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷增(zeng)大,電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降低空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)使用(yong)壽命,但是如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷過小(xiao),壁溫(wen)過低,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率又降低了,所以空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷的(de)選擇(ze)比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣終溫(wen)(wen)T2提(ti)高(gao)時,由于空(kong)氣粘性(xing)增加,氣體雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的表(biao)(biao)面溫(wen)(wen)度(du)同時上升(sheng),紅(hong)外碳硫(liu)分析儀(yi)使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)損失增加,從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過(guo)大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表(biao)(biao)面的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)亦會大大升(sheng)高(gao),致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件無法承受,故T2的增加通常受到空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的限制。
