空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱,而(er)(er)降低了空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱器內電熱元件(jian)表面溫(wen)度(du)(du),不僅有利(li)于延長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱器電熱元件(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)(er)且使(shi)得空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)電加熱器散熱損失(shi)(shi)減小,因而(er)(er)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)換(huan)熱器的效(xiao)(xiao)率提高了,但速度(du)(du)如果過大,使(shi)得壓(ya)力損失(shi)(shi)陡(dou)增(zeng),這將(jiang)不利(li)于加熱效(xiao)(xiao)率的提高。
2.若其它(ta)條(tiao)件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)中電熱元(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)將呈直線變(bian)化,如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增(zeng)大,電熱元(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)(wen)將增(zeng)大,這將降低空氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)中電熱元(yuan)件(jian)的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,但是(shi)如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過(guo)小,壁溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)低,空氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)換熱器(qi)的效率又(you)降低了,所以空氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)中電熱元(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的選擇比較(jiao)重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提(ti)高時,由于(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使得(de)(de)對(dui)流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強(qiang)度降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件的表面溫度同時上升(sheng)(sheng),紅外(wai)碳硫分析儀(yi)使得(de)(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效率(lv)。當T2提(ti)高過大時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件表面的溫度亦會(hui)大大升(sheng)(sheng)高,致使一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件無法承(cheng)受(shou),故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件材(cai)料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性能的限制。
