空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re),而降低了(le)(le)空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不(bu)僅(jin)有利于(yu)(yu)延長空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)空(kong)氣電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散(san)熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因(yin)而空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率提高了(le)(le),但(dan)速(su)度如果(guo)過大(da),使(shi)得(de)壓(ya)力損(sun)失(shi)陡增(zeng),這將(jiang)不(bu)利于(yu)(yu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表面負(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫將呈直線變(bian)化,如果表面負(fu)荷(he)(he)增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)壁(bi)溫將增大,這將降低空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但是如果表面負(fu)荷(he)(he)過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫過(guo)低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效率(lv)又降低了(le),所以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)表面負(fu)荷(he)(he)的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高時,由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘性(xing)(xing)增加(jia),氣(qi)體(ti)雷諾數減(jian)小(xiao),使得(de)(de)對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)面溫度同時上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而降低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)。當T2提高過大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表(biao)面的溫度亦會大大升高,致使一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無法承受,故(gu)T2的增加(jia)通(tong)常受到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的限制。
