空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re),而(er)降低了空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內電熱(re)元件表面溫度,不僅(jin)有利于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)電熱(re)元件的使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命,而(er)且使(shi)(shi)得(de)空(kong)(kong)氣電加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)損失減小,因而(er)空(kong)(kong)氣換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率提高(gao)了,但速度如果過大,使(shi)(shi)得(de)壓力(li)損失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)效率的提高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變,改變表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變化,如果表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降低空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的使用(yong)壽命,但是(shi)如果表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷過小(xiao),壁溫(wen)過低,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又降低了,所以空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷的選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)(wen)T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增加,氣(qi)體雷諾數減小,使(shi)(shi)得對流換熱(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)(wen)度同(tong)時(shi)上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)(shi)得散熱(re)(re)損失增加,從而降低換熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率。當(dang)T2提高過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度亦會(hui)大大升高,致使(shi)(shi)一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件無(wu)法(fa)承受,故T2的(de)(de)增加通常(chang)受到空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件材(cai)料耐(nai)熱(re)(re)性能(neng)的(de)(de)限制。
