空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱,而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)內電(dian)熱元(yuan)件表面溫度,不(bu)僅有(you)利于延(yan)長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件的使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損失減小(xiao),因(yin)而空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)換(huan)熱器(qi)的效率提高了,但速度如(ru)果(guo)過大,使(shi)得壓力損失陡增,這將不(bu)利于加(jia)(jia)熱效率的提高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)壁溫將呈直線變化,如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)壁溫將增大,這將降低(di)空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)使(shi)用壽命,但是(shi)如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)過(guo)小,壁溫過(guo)低(di),空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率又降低(di)了(le),所以空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)的(de)選擇(ze)比較(jiao)重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數(shu)減小(xiao),使得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面溫(wen)度同時上(shang)升,紅外碳(tan)硫分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效(xiao)率。當T2提(ti)高過大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表(biao)(biao)面的(de)(de)溫(wen)度亦(yi)會大大升高,致使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常(chang)受到空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)(de)限制。
