空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re),而降低(di)了空(kong)氣加熱(re)器(qi)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件表面溫(wen)度,不(bu)僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)氣加熱(re)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命,而且使(shi)(shi)得空(kong)氣電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損失減(jian)小(xiao),因而空(kong)氣換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但速(su)度如(ru)果過大,使(shi)(shi)得壓力損失陡增,這將(jiang)不(bu)利于(yu)加熱(re)效(xiao)率的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條(tiao)件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變化(hua),如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將增大,這(zhe)將降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷過小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降低(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷的(de)(de)選擇比(bi)較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提高時,由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小,使得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫度同時上(shang)升(sheng),紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀(yi)使得散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加,從(cong)而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提高過大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)溫度亦(yi)會大大升(sheng)高,致使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法承(cheng)受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限制(zhi)。
