空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換(huan)熱,而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器內電熱元(yuan)件表面溫度,不僅有利(li)(li)于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱器電熱元(yuan)件的使用壽命,而且使得(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電加(jia)(jia)熱器散熱損失減小(xiao),因而空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱器的效(xiao)率提(ti)高了,但速度如果過大,使得(de)壓力損失陡增,這將不利(li)(li)于(yu)加(jia)(jia)熱效(xiao)率的提(ti)高。
2.若其它條件不變,改變表面負(fu)(fu)荷,空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變化,如果(guo)(guo)表面負(fu)(fu)荷增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)(jiang)降低空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命,但是如果(guo)(guo)表面負(fu)(fu)荷過小,壁溫(wen)過低,空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)效率又(you)降低了,所(suo)以空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)(de)(de)表面負(fu)(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中空氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時,由于空氣(qi)粘性(xing)增加,氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾(nuo)數減小,使(shi)(shi)得(de)對(dui)流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的表面溫(wen)度(du)同時上升,紅外碳硫分(fen)析(xi)儀使(shi)(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增加,從而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的效率(lv)。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)時,電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面的溫(wen)度(du)亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)一般電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的增加通常受(shou)到空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的限(xian)制(zhi)。
