空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換(huan)熱(re),而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有(you)利于延(yan)長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)元件的使(shi)用壽命,而且(qie)使(shi)得(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失減小(xiao),因(yin)而空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率提高了,但速度如(ru)果過大(da),使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失陡增(zeng),這將不利于加熱(re)效率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he),空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變化,如(ru)果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將增大,這(zhe)將降低(di)空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命,但是(shi)如(ru)果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)過小(xiao),壁(bi)溫(wen)過低(di),空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率又降低(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高(gao)時,由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增加,氣(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的表(biao)面溫度同(tong)時上升,紅外(wai)碳(tan)硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加,從(cong)而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提高(gao)過大時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表(biao)面的溫度亦會大大升高(gao),致使(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法承(cheng)受,故T2的增加通常(chang)受到空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材(cai)料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的限(xian)制(zhi)。
