空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)表面溫(wen)度(du),不僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的使用(yong)壽命,而且使得空(kong)(kong)氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失減小(xiao),因而空(kong)(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率提(ti)(ti)高了,但速度(du)如果過(guo)大,使得壓(ya)力損失陡增,這(zhe)將不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)(re)效率的提(ti)(ti)高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件不變,改變表面負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變化,如果表面負(fu)荷(he)增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將(jiang)(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)(jiang)降低空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使用壽命,但是如果表面負(fu)荷(he)過(guo)(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)過(guo)(guo)低,空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率又降低了(le),所以空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表面負(fu)荷(he)的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提高時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減(jian)小,使(shi)得對流換熱(re)強度降低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表面溫度同時上升,紅(hong)外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia),從而降低(di)換熱(re)器的(de)效率。當T2提高過(guo)大(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面的(de)溫度亦會大(da)大(da)升高,致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無(wu)法承受(shou),故T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常受(shou)到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材料(liao)耐熱(re)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)限制。
