空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re),而(er)降低了空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器內電熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有(you)利于延長空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器電熱(re)(re)元件的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),而(er)且使(shi)得(de)空(kong)氣電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而(er)空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率(lv)提高了,但速度如果過(guo)大,使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡(dou)增,這將不利于加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)效率(lv)的(de)提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he),空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)呈(cheng)直線變(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)增(zeng)大(da),電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)增(zeng)大(da),這將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)降(jiang)低空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),但是(shi)如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)過(guo)小(xiao),壁溫過(guo)低,空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率又降(jiang)低了(le),所以空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減小,使(shi)得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的表面溫度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng)(sheng),紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加,從而降低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提高過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面的溫度(du)亦會(hui)大大升(sheng)(sheng)高,致(zhi)使(shi)一(yi)般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的增(zeng)加通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件材(cai)料耐(nai)熱(re)(re)性能的限制。
