空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換(huan)熱,而降(jiang)低了(le)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)熱元件表面溫(wen)度,不(bu)僅(jin)有利于延長空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱器(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱元件的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),而且使(shi)得空(kong)氣(qi)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損失減小,因而空(kong)氣(qi)換(huan)熱器(qi)的(de)效率提高了(le),但速度如(ru)果過大,使(shi)得壓力(li)損失陡增(zeng),這將不(bu)利于加(jia)熱效率的(de)提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷,空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變化,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將(jiang)增大(da),這將(jiang)降(jiang)低空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的使用壽(shou)命,但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)(ru)果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷過(guo)小,壁溫(wen)過(guo)低,空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又降(jiang)低了,所以空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷的選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣終溫T2提高時,由于空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣粘性(xing)增加,氣體雷諾數(shu)減(jian)小(xiao),使得(de)對流(liu)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的表(biao)面溫度(du)同時上升,紅外(wai)碳(tan)硫分析儀使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失(shi)增加,從而降低換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器的效率(lv)。當T2提高過大(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表(biao)面的溫度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升高,致使一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的增加通常受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件材(cai)料耐熱(re)(re)性(xing)能的限制(zhi)。
