空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re),而降低了空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長(chang)空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的使用(yong)壽(shou)命,而且使得空(kong)氣電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損失(shi)(shi)減小,因(yin)而空(kong)氣換熱(re)器(qi)的效率提高了,但(dan)速度如果過(guo)大,使得壓力損失(shi)(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)效率的提高。
2.若其它條件不(bu)變(bian),改變(bian)表面負(fu)荷,空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的壁(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線(xian)變(bian)化,如果表面負(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的壁(bi)溫(wen)將增大,這(zhe)將降(jiang)低空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的使用壽命,但是如果表面負(fu)荷過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過(guo)低,空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)又降(jiang)低了,所以(yi)空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的表面負(fu)荷的選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)(wen)T2提高(gao)(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數(shu)減小(xiao),使(shi)得(de)(de)對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表面(mian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)同(tong)時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分(fen)析儀使(shi)得(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia),從而降低(di)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)(gao)過(guo)大(da)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao),致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)限(xian)制。
