空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而降(jiang)低了空氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表(biao)面溫度(du),不僅有利于延長空氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的使用壽命,而且(qie)使得空氣電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失減小(xiao),因(yin)而空氣換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效(xiao)率提高了,但(dan)速度(du)如果過大,使得壓力損失陡增,這將不利于加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率的提高。
2.若其(qi)它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)(he),空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將(jiang)呈(cheng)直(zhi)線變化(hua),如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降低(di)空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,但是如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)(he)過小,壁溫過低(di),空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率又(you)降低(di)了,所以(yi)空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)(he)(he)的選擇(ze)比(bi)較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)(gao)時,由(you)于空(kong)(kong)氣粘性(xing)增加(jia),氣體雷諾數減小,使(shi)得對流換熱強度(du)(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱元件的(de)表面溫(wen)度(du)(du)同時上升,紅外碳硫(liu)分析儀(yi)使(shi)得散熱損(sun)失增加(jia),從而降低換熱器的(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)(gao)過(guo)大時,電熱元件表面的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)亦會大大升高(gao)(gao),致(zhi)使(shi)一(yi)般電熱元件無法承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱元件材料耐熱性(xing)能的(de)限制。
