空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)(er)降低(di)了空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)溫度,不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)有利于延長空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使用壽命,而(er)(er)且使得空氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小(xiao),因而(er)(er)空氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)(lv)提高了,但速(su)度如果過(guo)大,使得壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這將不(bu)(bu)利于加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)(lv)的提高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變化,如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷增大(da),電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)將增大(da),這將降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的使用壽命,但是(shi)如(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷過小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效率又降低(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器中電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷的選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提(ti)(ti)高時,由于空(kong)(kong)氣粘(zhan)性增加(jia)(jia),氣體雷諾數減小,使得對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)面溫(wen)度(du)同時上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析(xi)儀使得散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效(xiao)率。當(dang)T2提(ti)(ti)高過(guo)大(da)(da)時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表(biao)面的(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會大(da)(da)大(da)(da)升(sheng)高,致使一般(ban)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的(de)增加(jia)(jia)通(tong)常(chang)受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材(cai)料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
