空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re),而降低(di)了空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內電熱(re)元件表面(mian)溫度,不僅有利于延長空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器電熱(re)元件的使用(yong)壽命,而且使得(de)空氣(qi)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器散熱(re)損失(shi)減小,因而空氣(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器的效率提高了,但速(su)度如果過(guo)大,使得(de)壓力(li)損失(shi)陡(dou)增(zeng),這將不利于加(jia)(jia)熱(re)效率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表面負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線(xian)變化,如果(guo)表面負(fu)荷增(zeng)(zeng)大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將增(zeng)(zeng)大,這將降(jiang)低(di)空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽(shou)命,但是如果(guo)表面負(fu)荷過(guo)小,壁(bi)(bi)(bi)溫(wen)過(guo)低(di),空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器換(huan)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)效率又降(jiang)低(di)了(le),所以空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表面負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)比較重要。
3.空氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)空氣終溫(wen)T2提高時,由于空氣粘性增加(jia)(jia),氣體雷諾數減小,使得對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強(qiang)度(du)降(jiang)低(di),空氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同(tong)時上升,紅外(wai)碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率。當T2提高過(guo)大時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面(mian)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會(hui)大大升高,致使一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無(wu)法承受,故(gu)T2的(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)(de)限制。
