空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re),而降(jiang)低了(le)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面溫度(du),不僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽命(ming),而且使(shi)(shi)得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器散(san)熱(re)(re)損失減(jian)小,因而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率提高了(le),但速度(du)如果(guo)過大,使(shi)(shi)得壓力損失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)效率的(de)提高。
2.若其(qi)它(ta)條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負荷,空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將呈直線(xian)變化,如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負荷增大,電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)(wen)將增大,這(zhe)將降低(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的使用壽命(ming),但是(shi)如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)負荷過小,壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)(wen)過低(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率又降低(di)了,所(suo)以空氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)面(mian)負荷的選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高時(shi),由(you)于(yu)空(kong)氣粘性增(zeng)加,氣體雷諾數減小(xiao),使得對(dui)流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的表(biao)(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使得散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加,從而降(jiang)低換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提高過大(da)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)的溫(wen)度(du)亦會(hui)大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致使一(yi)般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)無法承(cheng)受,故T2的增(zeng)加通常受到空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)材料耐(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)性能的限制。
