空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re),而降低了空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器內電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫度,不僅有(you)利于延(yan)長(chang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)電加(jia)熱(re)器散熱(re)損失減小,因而空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)換熱(re)器的(de)效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但速度如果過(guo)大(da),使(shi)得壓力損失陡增,這將不利于加(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)率的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改變表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫將呈直(zhi)線變化,如(ru)果表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫將增大,這將降(jiang)低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽命,但是(shi)如(ru)果表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷過(guo)小,壁溫過(guo)低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降(jiang)低(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表面(mian)負(fu)(fu)(fu)荷的(de)(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)氣粘性(xing)增加(jia),氣體雷諾數減小,使(shi)(shi)得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)表面溫(wen)度同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳(tan)硫(liu)分(fen)析儀使(shi)(shi)得散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效率(lv)。當T2提高過(guo)大時(shi),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表面的(de)溫(wen)度亦會(hui)大大升(sheng)高,致使(shi)(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法(fa)承(cheng)受(shou),故T2的(de)增加(jia)通(tong)常(chang)受(shou)到空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能的(de)限(xian)制(zhi)。
