空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而降低(di)了空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延(yan)長空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)(de)使用壽(shou)命,而且使得(de)空氣(qi)電加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失減小,因而空氣(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率(lv)提(ti)高了,但速度如(ru)果過大(da),使得(de)壓力損失陡(dou)增(zeng),這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的(de)(de)提(ti)高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表(biao)面負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫將呈直線變(bian)(bian)化,如果表(biao)面負(fu)荷增大,電(dian)熱元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫將增大,這將降低空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命,但是如果表(biao)面負(fu)荷過小,壁(bi)(bi)溫過低,空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)(qi)換熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率又降低了,所以空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)選擇比較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減小,使(shi)(shi)得對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)同時上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀(yi)使(shi)(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失增(zeng)加,從(cong)而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率。當(dang)T2提高(gao)過大(da)(da)時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦會大(da)(da)大(da)(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件無法承受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加通(tong)常受到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
