空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了(le)空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表(biao)面(mian)溫度,不僅有利(li)于延長空(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而(er)且(qie)使得空(kong)(kong)氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)器散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)損失減小,因而(er)空(kong)(kong)氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器的效率(lv)提(ti)高了(le),但速度如果過大,使得壓力(li)損失陡增(zeng),這將不利(li)于加熱(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提(ti)高。
2.若其它條件不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件的壁(bi)溫將(jiang)呈直線(xian)變化,如果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增大,電(dian)熱元(yuan)件的壁(bi)溫將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降(jiang)低空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件的使用壽命,但是如果表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小,壁(bi)溫過低,空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)換熱器(qi)的效率又降(jiang)低了(le),所以空(kong)氣加熱器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件的表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的選擇比較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中空(kong)(kong)氣終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提高時,由于(yu)空(kong)(kong)氣粘性增加(jia),氣體(ti)雷(lei)諾數減小(xiao),使得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)表(biao)面溫(wen)度同時上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀(yi)使得(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而(er)降低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提高過大(da)(da)時,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表(biao)面的(de)溫(wen)度亦會大(da)(da)大(da)(da)升高,致(zhi)使一般(ban)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材(cai)料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限制(zhi)。
