空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換(huan)熱(re),而(er)降低了空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器內電熱(re)元件表面溫度,不(bu)僅有利于延(yan)長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器電熱(re)元件的使用(yong)壽命,而(er)且使得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電加(jia)熱(re)器散熱(re)損(sun)失減(jian)小,因(yin)而(er)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器的效率提高(gao)了,但速(su)度如果過大,使得壓(ya)力損(sun)失陡(dou)增,這將不(bu)利于加(jia)熱(re)效率的提高(gao)。
2.若(ruo)其(qi)它條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表面(mian)負荷,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將呈直線變(bian)(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)表面(mian)負荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫將增大,這將降(jiang)低空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,但(dan)是如果(guo)表面(mian)負荷過小,壁溫過低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效率又降(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)負荷的選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣粘性增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣體雷諾(nuo)數(shu)減小,使(shi)得(de)對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)強度(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)表面溫(wen)度(du)(du)同時(shi)(shi)上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表面的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法承受,故(gu)T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通常(chang)受到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材料(liao)耐熱(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限(xian)制。
