空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而降低了空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面溫度(du),不僅有利(li)于延(yan)長空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使用(yong)壽命(ming),而且使得(de)(de)空氣電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)減小,因而空氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率提高了,但(dan)速度(du)如果過大,使得(de)(de)壓力(li)損失(shi)陡增,這將不利(li)于加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率的提高。
2.若其它條件不變(bian),改(gai)變(bian)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he),空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將呈直線變(bian)化,如(ru)果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將增大(da),這將降低空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使用(yong)壽命,但是如(ru)果表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)過小,壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)過低,空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效率又降低了,所以空氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表面(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由(you)于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增加,氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減小,使(shi)得對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)溫度(du)同(tong)時(shi)上(shang)升,紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)損失增加,從而降低換熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率。當T2提(ti)高(gao)過(guo)大(da)時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的溫度(du)亦(yi)會大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法(fa)承受,故T2的增加通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐(nai)熱(re)(re)性能(neng)的限制。
