空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re),而(er)降(jiang)低(di)了空(kong)氣加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內電熱(re)元件(jian)表面溫度(du),不僅有(you)利于延長(chang)空(kong)氣加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)電熱(re)元件(jian)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽命,而(er)且使(shi)(shi)得空(kong)氣電加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而(er)空(kong)氣換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率(lv)(lv)提(ti)高(gao)了,但速度(du)如果(guo)過大,使(shi)(shi)得壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不利于加熱(re)效率(lv)(lv)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不(bu)變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面(mian)負荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將呈(cheng)直線(xian)變(bian)化,如果表(biao)面(mian)負荷增(zeng)大(da),電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)壁溫(wen)將增(zeng)大(da),這將降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使用壽(shou)命,但是如果表(biao)面(mian)負荷過小,壁溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率又降低(di)了,所(suo)以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)負荷的(de)(de)選擇比較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小,使(shi)(shi)得(de)對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面溫(wen)度同(tong)時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外(wai)碳硫分析(xi)儀使(shi)(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低(di)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當(dang)T2提高過大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面的(de)溫(wen)度亦(yi)會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致(zhi)使(shi)(shi)一(yi)般電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件無(wu)法承(cheng)受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
