空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re)(re),而降低(di)了空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度,不僅有利于延長(chang)空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而且使得空氣(qi)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)損失減(jian)小,因而空氣(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率提(ti)高(gao)了,但(dan)速度如果過(guo)大,使得壓力損失陡增,這將不利于加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率的提(ti)高(gao)。
2.若(ruo)其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將呈直線變(bian)化,如果表面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)增(zeng)大(da),電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫將增(zeng)大(da),這(zhe)將降低(di)空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的使用(yong)壽命,但是如果表面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)過小,壁(bi)溫過低(di),空(kong)氣加熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效(xiao)率又降低(di)了(le),所以空(kong)氣加熱(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的表面(mian)(mian)(mian)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)的選(xuan)擇比較(jiao)重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫T2提高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷(lei)諾數減小,使(shi)得(de)對(dui)流(liu)換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳(tan)硫(liu)分析儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia),從而降低(di)換熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)溫度(du)亦會大大升(sheng)高(gao),致(zhi)使(shi)一(yi)般電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常(chang)受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)(de)限制。
