空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re),而(er)降(jiang)低(di)了空氣加(jia)熱(re)器內電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫度,不僅(jin)有(you)利于延長(chang)空氣加(jia)熱(re)器電熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,而(er)且使(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)空氣電加(jia)熱(re)器散熱(re)損失減小(xiao),因而(er)空氣換熱(re)器的(de)效率提高了,但速度如果過(guo)大,使(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)壓力損失陡增,這(zhe)將(jiang)不利于加(jia)熱(re)效率的(de)提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將呈直線變(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷增(zeng)大,電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的壁溫(wen)將增(zeng)大,這將降低空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的使(shi)用壽(shou)命,但是(shi)如果(guo)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷過小,壁溫(wen)過低,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率又(you)降低了,所以空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷的選擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高(gao)時(shi),由(you)于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性增加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使(shi)得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件的(de)(de)表(biao)面溫(wen)度(du)同(tong)時(shi)上升,紅外碳(tan)硫(liu)分(fen)析(xi)儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia),從而降低(di)換熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)時(shi),電熱(re)(re)元件表(biao)面的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會(hui)大(da)大(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)一(yi)般電熱(re)(re)元件無法承受(shou),故(gu)T2的(de)(de)增加(jia)通常受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)元件材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的(de)(de)限(xian)制。
